FAQ

Emergency questions

What counts as a roofing emergency?

An active leak during rain, a hole or missing section of roof, a tree or limb on the roof, or a sagging ceiling. All of these get worse with every storm.

Should I stay in the house?

Leave if a tree has come through the roof, a ceiling is sagging badly, water is near the electrical panel or you smell gas. Otherwise stay out of the affected rooms.

Can a roofer come out during a storm?

Roofers won't work on a roof during lightning or high wind, but they can often tarp as soon as conditions are safe. Keep containing water inside until then.
